Assistant Superintendent

We're hiring an Assistant Superintendent. Assistant superintendents are dedicated on-site construction managers, coordinating, and overseeing detailed scopes of work and safety of field crew and subcontractors. They have highly advanced interior and exterior carpentry skills and a demonstrated ability to execute work within very tight tolerances. They have an aptitude for providing creative constructability solutions to a variety of design challenges and are key to executing the high-quality work that Dowbuilt is known for. This role requires a deep knowledge of construction best practices and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the crew, clients, vendors, subtrades, designers, engineers/consultants, and architects.
