This position involves supporting the Superintendent in overseeing on-site construction operations, ensuring that all activities meet project specifications. You'll help develop schedules and assess manpower as well as maintain safety standards across the site. Solving potential problems and optimizing project performance will be key to your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing all aspects of on-site construction work
• Support the development and implementation of construction schedules
• Oversee safety compliance during work performance
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
• Update and analyze cost reports to keep the project on budget
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in construction-related field with 3-5 years of experience
