Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works.

• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of:

• Coolant systems

• Chilled water systems
• Compressed air systems
• Electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Monitor system performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Support breakdown investigations and implement root cause analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and reports.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and manpower deployment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
