Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations of the premix section in the feedmill.
2. Ensure accurate weighing, batching, and mixing of premix according to approved formulations.
3. Monitor raw material usage and maintain proper inventory control to minimize wastage.
4. Ensure compliance with SOPs and feed safety standards.
5. Supervise production operators and ensure work schedules are followed.
6. Conduct quality checks to ensure premix meets required specifications.
7. Prepare daily production reports and maintain proper documentation.
8. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure workplace safety compliance (5S practices).
10. Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and others departments to ensure smooth operations.
