• Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
• Provide training and support to new and existing staff.
• Monitor work quality and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks to ensure coverage and productivity.
• Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Prepare reports on team performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
