- Control and monitor the production process.
- Analyze and resolve issues within the production process.
- Improve and develop production processes for greater efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth operations. 
Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields
- At least 3 years in production engineer from manufacturing company (Electronics,Automotive or industrial products)
- At least 1 year Management experience - Conversational middle level of English (Report and e-mail)
- Proficient in Microsoft office 
- Management experience - Japanese skill - Work experience in electronics industries or manufacturing
