Assistant Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and cash handling
• Implement and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
• Address and resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly
• Assist in staff training, coaching, and scheduling

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years supervisory experience (F&B or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic reporting, inventory, and cash control knowledge
• Willing to work shifting schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
