Assistant Supervisor

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily DT/OF production operations to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
• Maintain and improve production processes, documentation, and inventory/cost control programs.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance methods, procedures, and process yield; support new part qualifications.
• Develop and implement structured training programs for technicians and operators.
• Foster teamwork, communication, and performance reviews to sustain a high-performing workforce

Education & Experience

• Minimum Certificate in Supervisory Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in optical DT and fabrication manufacturing is highly preferred

Skills 

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of production efficiency, quality control, and 6S principles. ...
