Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manage daily DT/OF production operations to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
Maintain and improve production processes, documentation, and inventory/cost control programs.
Collaborate with engineering to enhance methods, procedures, and process yield; support new part qualifications.
Develop and implement structured training programs for technicians and operators.
Foster teamwork, communication, and performance reviews to sustain a high-performing workforce
Education & Experience
Minimum Certificate in Supervisory Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
Experience in optical DT and fabrication manufacturing is highly preferred
Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of production efficiency, quality control, and 6S principles.
Effective interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
