Key Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments and ensure early receipt of shipping documentation and FTA forms.
• Apply AP-on-line and follow-up on the status approval prior to the shipment ETA. Marine Insurance arrangement.
• Prepare & check shipping documents for distribution to forwarding agents and other related departments.
• To assist & manage CKD shipments, such as documentation, apply AP, check Draft K1, data entry, etc.
