Job Description

A well-established hospitality group is launching a new restaurant and nightlife concept in Mykonos and is looking for a motivated Assistant Sushi Chef to join our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sushi Chef in the preparation of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to kitchen standards.
Prepare ingredients including fish trimming, rice cooking, and sauce preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
