Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Prepare Statutory Filings 
Review tax computations and tax returns 
Review other tax-related statutory e-filings 
Research and analyse data to perform tax computations 
Prepare accurate tax returns for e-filing 
Identify developments that impact tax compliance 
Keep proper tax-related documentation 
Check notices of assessment 
Review tax provisions 
Manage tax controversies 
Review responses to manage tax controversies, including defending organisation’s or client’s tax positions and responding to tax authority’s queries 
Research and analyse data to draft response to queries 
Identify tax risk areas 
Gather information on tax, accounting, business, legal and governance issues to identify tax risks 
Review implications of tax risks to the client or organisation
