Assistant Team Lead

• Manage one or more food or drink stalls, including setup, layout, and equipment.
• Plan menus and suggest selling prices.
• Set sales targets and support the team to achieve them.
• Train and guide Assistants and Counter Crew.
• Prepare staff duty rosters to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor staff performance and give feedback.
• Help calculate and control food costs and raw material purchases.
• Check food cost regularly to reduce waste and increase profit.
• Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recipes and daily work.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene are always maintained.
• Support quarterly food audits and take action when needed.
• Give hands-on help and advice in food preparation and stall operations.
