Role Overview:
The Outbound Assistant Team Leader supports the Warehouse Team Leader in managing outbound operations such as picking, packing, sorting. This hands-on role ensures that operational targets and quality standards are met while guiding and supporting warehouse assistants. The Assistant Team Lead also helps oversee inbound activities to ensure productivity and KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Operations Support: Assist the Team Lead in overseeing the daily outbound processes such as picking, packing, and sorting.
• Productivity & KPI Management: Ensure that outbound productivity targets and KPIs are consistently met, including order processing accuracy and efficiency.
• Staffing & Scheduling: Oversee the schedule and attendance of employees within the outbound department, ensuring sufficient and skilled manpower to meet operational needs.
