Assistant Team Leader

Location: Mee Tarik Faizal Kong @ Lotus's Setia Alam

• Supervise and support service crew in daily outlet operations
• Ensure smooth customer service and handle enquiries or basic complaints
• Oversee order taking, POS transactions, and cash handling accuracy
• Coordinate floor, cashier, and kitchen team for efficient service flow
• Assist in staff training, task assignment, and SOP compliance
• Monitor stock, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Act as shift in-charge when the Outlet PIC is not around and assist during peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
