Assistant Technical Manager

Job Summary
In this exciting opportunity, you will assist in coaching a team of web-developers to meet the needs of our group's growing business through continuous enhancements. You will be the front-line IT support to the group's business users in ensuring all critical issues are resolved timely.
Responsibilities:
Reports to IT Technical Manager and indirectly to Group Head of IT
Work with multiple business leaders, co-workers, overseas developers and vendors to meet business requirements, and to deliver group projects & visions
Develop and enhance existing business application and e-Commerce platforms
Transpose user needs into technical programming with proper documentation
Enforce Source Code and version control across multiple parties
Develop test plans and cases, as well as, the technical and functional documentations according to the adopted methodologies
Updated with the latest application/ web technologies and security insights
