Assistant Technical Service (ATS)

Responsibilities

• Order, coordinate, follow‑up, and book personnel for offshore helicopter travel.
• Collaborate with projects to ensure optimal mobilization and participate in weekly meetings.
• Manage and update company systems, including SAP and DaWinci.
• Ensure all personnel possess the required courses and certificates before departure, including registration in SAP.
• Enroll personnel in mandatory courses as needed.

Required expertise

• Minimum 3‑year upper secondary education.
• Proven experience with the DaWinci system is mandatory.
• Completion of a DaWinci course is required before starting.
• Experience with SAP and similar administrative tasks is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and accurate manner.
• Strong collaboration skills and a flexible mindset to handle frequent changes.
