Assistant Technical Superintendent

Job Description Monitor and follow up fleet technical issues, breakdowns, and recurring defects, perform defect and root cause analysis, and assist in developing effective preventive measures. -Coordinate closely with vessels to collect technical feedback, defect reports, and operational inputs to support continuous fleet performance improvement. -Carry out technical data analysis and KPI monitoring, including fleet technical KPIs, PMS performance, defect trends, and reliability indicators, and prepare reports for management review. -Monitor fleet Planned Maintenance System (PMS) performance, including overdue items, and maintenance compliance, and work closely with vessels and PMS teams to improve PMS effectiveness. -Assess andmonitor critical spares inventory, availability, and consumption trends to ensure fleet readiness and operational reliability. -Prepare technical presentations, reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes, and issue technical circulars and advisories to vessels as ...
