Assistant Title Registration Manager

Ensures smooth processing of Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) and Tax Declaration (TD) under Buyer's Name through close coordination with different concerned departments and Third-Party External Service Providers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proper monitoring and follow-up of accounts endorsed to Third Party External Service Providers for the payment of all Registration related Taxes.
• Timely endorsement of dockets to Third Party External Service Providers for BIR, RD and AO Entry.
• Proper monitoring and follow-up of accounts endorsed to Third Party External Service Providers for the processing of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR), Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) and Tax Declaration (TD).
• Attends/addresses issues related to Title Transfer processing.
• Regularly prepares performance reports.
