We are seeking a proactive, discreet, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our lead Project Manager. You will be the gatekeeper, managing the PM's time and priorities so they can focus on high-level strategy and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in defining creative project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Maintain and update creative project schedules, charts, and task lists.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and detailed minutes.
Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are organized and accessible.
Follow up with team members on pending tasks and upcoming deadlines.
Draft project updates and status reports.
