Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree required with zero to three years' experience in an athletics environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Knowledge of NCAA and Big 10 regulations

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
