Job Details

  • Overseeing and monitoring the performance of all BU (Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Construction & After service, Finance & Accounting, and HR).
  • Coworking with Japan HQ for project approval.
  • Acting like a Project Direct to monitor all processes to be successful.
  • Dealing with contractors and outsourcing agencies.
  • Being responsible for the bidding process.
  • Supporting the BD team to advise for Implement Land Acquisition and Project feasibility and coordinate with the finance team to check feasibility.
