Assistant to the Syndicate Manager - Kennet Valley Syndicates & Hot to Trot Racing A fantastic opportunity to be involved in a small team with two of the country's most respected, well established and ambitious syndicates. The role will be a wide and varied one to include all aspects of syndicate management, events and communication.

Full-time role with flexibility required for weekend and evening work.

Working from home with regular travel to racecourses and trainers' yards.

Personal Attributes and Desirable Skills

Self‑motivated, diligent and a team player.

Well organised.

The ability to write English well.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic video editing.

In depth knowledge of horse racing.

Experience with social media management.

Vehicle owner with a clean driving license.
