Assistant Treasury Manager

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for an Assistant Treasury Manager . The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that the Treasury Department's deliverables are executed with quality and that service level agreements are consistently met by setting standard SLAs and performance metrics for the treasury groups

• Establishing check and balance metrics for all deliverables of the Treasury group, including treasury operations, cashiering roles, and billing and collection management

• Overseeing the filing of compliance requirements, including BIR remittances such as annual registration fees, EWT, VAT, ITR, etc.

• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports including cash position reports, disbursement monitoring, budget preparations for condo corp., collection management, etc., and coming up with valuable recom...
