Assistant Turnover Engineer

1. Qualification requirements:

1. Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering.

2. At least 1 year experience as Turnover/Rectification Engineer or equivalent.

3. Flexible and multitasker.

4. Has good verbal and oral communication skills.

2. Duties and responsibilities:

1. Assists unit owner for the initial and final inspection of their unit.

2. Assists the Turnover Engineer in providing technical response and information to clients for their queries during inspection.

3. Assists the Turnover Engineer in creating punchlist of units as needed for rectification of units.

4. Assists in inspection and monitoring of rectification works of units for turnover to clients.

5. Responds quickly to emergency concerns from clients.

6. Coordinate with contractors and provide timetable towards rectification completion.
