Responsibilities The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for representing the United States of America, Federal agencies, and Federal employees in a wide variety of civil cases. These can include tort claims, employment discrimination claims, bankruptcies, false claims, defending miscellaneous agency actions, and otherwise representing the United States in State and Federal courts.
