Summary The United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California is seeking experienced attorneys to serve as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) in the Civil Division. Working in the Civil Division, you will be part of a dedicated team representing the United States and federal agencies in a variety of cases, including employment, tort, constitutional and civil rights, FOIA, Administrative Procedure Act, False Claims Act, and financial litigation cases. Responsibilities AUSAs in the Civil Division are active at both the trial and appellate levels, and manage a high-volume docket of cases involving the federal government.
