What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the floor in a busy, high‑energy venue
• Supporting day‑to‑day operations alongside the Venue Manager
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team
• Driving exceptional customer experiences every shift
• Managing stock, labour, compliance, and venue standards
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and rostering
• Helping deliver strong commercial results and KPI performance
