Northeast Family Services is seeking a AVP of MA to support the agency’s mission and core values!

The AVP of Massachusetts is a Licensed Clinician (LICSW or LMHC) who, in partnership with the executive team, works collaboratively to help oversee services including Outpatient, In-Home Therapy (CBHI) and other programs as they are developed and assigned within the state of Massachusetts.

The AVP is responsible for the effective management of services including oversight of quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing safety, service delivery, and financial performance.
