Job Description

Responsibilities
 :
Prepare and execute a marketing plan to increase the level of deposits and transaction banking products undertaken by SMBC.

Work in close alignment with Global/Regional Relationship Management team and relevant products partners from build to execution/implementation processes of transaction banking products.

Manage risks associated to the businesses: KYC, Operation. Regulatory & compliance matters.

Coordinate with KYC/AML Team to obtain necessary legal documents from clients, ensure timely completion of Know-Your-Customer (KYC). 

Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently with a high level of client satisfaction.

Proactive in identifying client’s needs, consulting and providing necessary support and actions.

Assist to manage client relationship and attend to client’s enquiries, ensure those being responded timely & professionally and in line with the Bank’s servic...
