Job Description

Responsibilities
 :
Manage and support the overall operations such as but not limited to derivatives processing, confirmation and fund settlement, and effective control of the group related transactions.

Lead the derivatives team.

Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions and resolve issues including handling stakeholder’s complaints and escalating all issues promptly.

Introduce effective risk management control features and policies to minimize errors and clerical mistakes taking in consideration our Bank’s policies and procedures.

Assist Group Head and Deputy Head in manpower planning and staff development for the group including staff appraisals.

Ensure group operates in accordance with local laws and regulations, Head Office policies and branch procedures.

Govern and control activities offshored.
