Role Summary
The
Assistant Vice President – Enterprise Reconciliation
is a senior domain leadership role responsible for driving the enterprise reconciliation strategy using
FIS Data Integrity Manager (DIM)
. The role requires a deep subject matter expert who serves as both
Creator and Curator
of the DIM platform—designing, building, governing, and continuously enhancing reconciliation solutions across the organization.

This role combines
hands-on DIM solution design
,
demand and delivery management
, and
technical innovation
. The AVP will manage a team of DIM configurators, oversee the reconciliation demand pipeline, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery. A strong
Python programming background
is a significant advantage, as the role is also expected to design and implement Python-based automation solutions to enhance reconciliation efficiency and controls.
