Assistant Vice President

The AVP, IT Vendor Management oversees the banks IT vendor ecosystem, ensuring strong partnerships, compliance, and value delivery. The role focuses on vendor governance, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk management, aligning vendor capabilities with the banks technology and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with IT/business goals.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and handle escalations.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks. Manage SLAs, KPIs, and ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory policies.
• Establish governance frameworks, conduct reviews/audits.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
