Assistant Vice President, Operations (Credit Processing for Term Loan (Equity & Structured))

This job vacancy is for Kenanga Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad.

This role is a vital support role for the Head of Operations of Kenanga Capital Sdn Bhd in managing and monitoring all aspects of loan administration and operations (full loan cycle) in accordance with the approved terms and conditions, compliance with internal/Group relevant policies & procedures, applicable law, rules & guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To co-ordinate and undertaking supervision function that support day-to-day operations for full scale from loan application until post disbursement process that covers and ensuring all relevant processes and procedures are current and relevant (full loan cycle).
• To prepare letter of offer, loan agreement and all security documents and ensuring that approved terms of pre-disbursement are in accordance with the approved conditions, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
