Assistant Vice President - Residential Buildings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely closure of the projects under purview and targeted financial progress and cash flows
• Ensuring the physical, financial targets of projects under control as well as the key milestones are adhered to.
• Responsible for Project Management, execution, monitoring, preparation of review and statistical data and report progress of projects to management to ensure timely completion. Shall visit work spots regularly and address the construction related matters.
• Achievement of turnover and profitability targets.
• Ensuring preparation of Project Budget and Cost Control tools including Sensitivity Analysis aimed at ensuring profitability of projects.
• Ensuring Quality Control and Quality Assurance at sites as per specifications / contract
• Resource Optimization - Organize Recruiting/diverting/transfers of project execution team members.
