Provide end-to-end project management for system enhancement, implementation and monitoring of end-to-end process to completion from the different divisions involved in the project as per the SDLC framework
Scope project requirements, lead solutioning and prepare budgets
Develop project plan, monitor progress
Proactively manage, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives.
Collaborate with the relevant teams and/ or vendors to design, develop and implement projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards and objectives are met
Prepare and Develop reports and updates to management / steering committees as required
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities to improve process and/or approach as well as suggest new projects
