Assistant VP

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Vice President / Vice President to join our Institutional Coverage team, reporting to the Head of Institutional Coverage.
The Institutional Coverage team sits within Markets & Investor Services and is responsible for the management of relationships with banks and institutional investors globally, across all Clifford strategies. These include the loan and bond origination activity, securitised products and asset management arm. The team is also responsible for sourcing of assets from financial institutions, underwriting and distribution of transactions, and balance sheet management via secondary sell-downs.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in credit structuring and distribution roles such as in corporate finance, project finance, credit sales, coverage or syndications and have existing relationships across the industry including with banks, institutional investors, credit funds, sponsors and advisers. ...
