Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on resident assessments and service planning
• Ensure efficient staffing in line with residents’ needs
• Facilitate the medication administration process and audits
• Lead the educational development for the Wellness Team
• Actively participate in wellness marketing and outreach efforts
