General Description

The Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine seeks candidates for an Assistant/Associate Professor position to serve at the WellSpan York Hospital practice location. The applicant should have training and experience in the full spectrum of plastic surgery and feel comfortable with facial fracture repair and flap reconstruction, including microsurgery. Fellowship in craniofacial surgery and/or microsurgery is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical

Time spent treating patients will consist of evaluation and management of patients requiring reconstructive surgery for traumatic, oncologic, and aesthetic needs.

The faculty member will practice in the WellSpan York Hospital ORs and its affiliated ambulatory surgical facilities. The faculty member will be credentialed at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and may, on occasion, need to bring patients requiring highly complex...
