Job Description
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service, high customer satisfaction, and efficient restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
• Supervise service staff and ensure service standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
• Assist with staff scheduling and training
• Support sales, promotions, and cost control
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards

Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in F&B, preferably in a Chinese restaurant
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
