Overview
The Assisted Sales Advisor handles marketing, sales, and order fulfillment for client products via web and telesales channels, supporting both new and existing customers. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Fluent in English & Bahasa (C1 level)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Tech-savvy (familiar with mobile OS or similar)
Typing speed: 60–80 WPM Experience:
1–3 years BPO inbound sales or related sales role
Proven sales performance and ability to close deals
(Preferred) 1–3 years supervisory experience in sales Skills:
Knowledge of BPO sales/customer service
Data analysis & reporting (CRM, Excel, dashboards)
KPI management (CSAT, NPS, Sales Rate)
Problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching skills
Results-driven, able to work under pressure Additional:
