O Assistente Administrativo de Facilities é responsável por apoiar as rotinas administrativas relacionadas à gestão de infraestrutura, manutenção predial e serviços gerais, garantindo o bom funcionamento das instalações da empresa.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Apoiar a gestão das rotinas administrativas relacionadas à área de Facilities (infraestrutura, manutenção e serviços gerais).
  • Realizar o controle e acompanhamento de contratos com fornecedores (limpeza, portaria, manutenção predial, segurança, jardinagem, entre outros).
