**Accounts Assistant - Job Role**
- Daily inputting of bank transactions Into SAP & SAGE
- Checking & Inputting of supplier invoices into SAP & SAGE
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices & payments.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements & customers
- Assisting with production of weekly cash flow forecast
- Liaise with sales team on proforma payments received.
- Updating bank accounts & credit cards
- Reconcile daily sales report.
- Prepare company credit cards expenses on excel x 5
- Prepare intercompany re-charges.
- Determination and calculation of costs
- Reconciliation of bank accounts & credit cards.
- Chasing overdue customer accounts
- Supporting finance team with general back-office tasks
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 7.30a.m - 4.00p.m (1 x hour paid lunch break)
