Crystal Lake School District 47 has an opening for an Assistive Technology Professional, beginning the school year. The role of Assistive Technology is to work together with the student’s educational team, the student, and parents to help determine if assistive technology is required to access their education and provide assistive technology tools to remove barriers the student has to access their education. Strategies include the use of low and high tech assistive technology devices and implementation strategies.
