Position Summary

The Ticketing & Tariff Associate Analyst role is a subject matter expert in front and back‑office processes. This position is key identify and communicate system and process improvement opportunities in back‑office agency functions that will drive efficiencies and cost reductions. This role is responsible for identifying financial opportunities through re‑shop and ensuring appropriate strategic airline partner contracts are being utilized. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include actioning all quality and ticketing exceptions related to failures caused by systems or agent failures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors robotic quality and ticketing processes to ensure proper flow and maximum productivity of the systems.
