**A Day in the Life**
The Quality Assurance (QA) Assoc Credit Services Rep ensures the accuracy and completeness of discrepancy investigations and corrections across Pre‑Invoice (RADAR) and Post‑Invoice (FSCM) workflows supporting US Business Units. The role safeguards revenue, DSO, customer satisfaction, and compliance by validating pricing, billing, product, delivery, and PO data prior to and after invoicing
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**

+ **Pre invoice review (RADAR):** Investigate and resolve pre-invoice pricing, PO, and contract discrepancies
