Cumplir con el correcto desempeño del área en lo referente a su Política Comercial, control de los precios aprobados con nuestros clientes asegurando un flujo constante en la cadena de valor de clientes externos. Creación y mantenimiento de indicadores que aporten valor a nuestra compañia y construcción de relaciones con los clientes internos apoyando en el análisis dinámico de la información que motive acciones al interior de las unidades de negocio.
