Job Description
The primary scope of the meeting coordinator includes the more traditional recurring meetings such as In Field Team Initial Training (IFTC), sales force expansions, Launch Training, etc..
- Partners with Meeting Owners by providing event administration, registration, meeting data maintenance and analysis, logístical support, agenda management, budget reconciliation and reporting for meeting/event projects.
- Key logístical liaison to meetings personnel.
- Coordinates support, meeting registration and housing administration.
- Manage ever changing program requirements and execute change details accurately and appropriately.
- Ensure the integrity of all HCP interactions at meetings in accordance with corporate policy.
- Manage effective communication with several levels of cross-functional stakeholders, such as: business owners/internal customers, field personnel, and various supporting departments.
