This is an exceptional opportunity for a cyber / data privacy specialist to deepen your expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of legal practice. You'll work on cyber incident response, data breach notifications, and data privacy compliance matters for major insurers and corporates, with significant international exposure through Kennedys' APAC cyber risk group.

Nicholas leads Kennedys' APAC cyber risk group and specialises in data privacy and cyber insurance law. He has considerable experience responding to cyber incidents and data breaches, including regulatory notifications, and helped develop Kennedys' cyber incident response service. The practice handles sophisticated international incidents, coordinating with cyber teams across Kennedys' global offices.
