Associate Accountant (IR)

Job Overview:

The role primarily supports transport asset based companies as well as management companies, including a newly engaged group with existing assets and planned asset acquisitions, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple entities efficiently.

Work Schedule:

• 10:00am to 7:00 pm Manila Time – Monday to Friday

Work Setup:

• Hybrid (2x onsite per week)

Office Assignment:

• MAKATI OFFICE: 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Weekly

• Reconcile bank accounts in Xero every Monday
• Raise sales invoices, allocate receipts, and follow up on remittance information
• Clear Datamolino and post AP invoices to ledgers
